Return Policy

Returns will be accepted only if the product is received in damaged condition by the customer during delivery or if an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or wrong product is delivered. Kindly email us pictures of the product to info@sashays.co.in within 48 hours from the date of receipt. The damaged product can be exchanged with a fresh piece of the same product or with another product of the same or high value. A fresh product will be sent to you in 4-6 working days.
